Patricia Wetlaufer went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 13, 2017. She was born December 10, 1938 to Joseph and Jean Bayusz.
Patti is survived by her daughter and best friend, June Grady (Keith) and best girlfriend Gwyn Hill.
She was a devoted wife to Bruce who preceded her to Heaven. Her most prized gift was her cherished grandson, Kyle; she loved being his bubba. Bruce and Kyle were both there to welcome her home.
Patti worked as an analyst for Amoco Oil before retiring to the Village. She enjoyed volunteering through the years at many places. She was a master gardener and volunteered for several years at Garvan Woodland Gardens. Patti especially loved working at the food pantry of Faith Fellowship Church. She had a passion for travel and traveled extensively with her husband, Bruce, daughter June, and oftentimes, fearlessly alone. Patti was blessed with many talents. She made hundreds of quilts, was an amazing wood carver and she designed and hooked unique rugs. She was also an amazing cook and enjoyed cooking for her family.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Village Bible Church located at 100 Ponderosa Way in Hot Springs Village, AR, where she was a member.
