  • Richard A. Kaiser (USAF Retired) of Hot Springs Village, AR passed away on June 1, 2017. He was born February 21, 1938 in Rochester, NY.

    He served in the United States Air Force for 26 years and retired at the rank of Major. He continued serving his country 20 years in the civil service. Richard enjoyed retirement life in the Hot Springs Village Community, actively volunteering for the AARP income tax program. He also served as Treasurer for both the Village Loan Closet and Computer Club.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister and son, Rick Kaiser.

    He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Judy Kaiser; daughter: Debbie Miller (Dan); grandchildren: Jeremy Miller, Madison Miller, Preston Miller, Richard Kaiser, Jonathan Kaiser; daughter-in-law: Elizabeth Kaiser as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends

    A memorial service will be held at Village United Methodist Church on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 2:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers, please consider memorials to Village United Methodist Church or Dierksen Hospice.

    Our prayers go out to Dick's family. His passing was a shock, as he was always upbeat during the difficult tax seasons.
