Carolyn Johns

On Thursday, October 8th 2020 Carolyn June Johns took her place in Heaven to be with our Heavenly Father. Carolyn was a loving and generous mother and grandmother who always had a smile on her face and positive attitude.
On December 4th 1939 Carolyn was the 3rd child born to Harold and Esther Mossinger in Whittier California. She went on to have a long and successful career as a Contract Administrator for the Department of Defense. She was fortunate to have the opportunity to retire at the young age of 55, this allowed her 25 years to travel, be adventurous and spend all of her time with her grandchildren.
She will be forever cherished and remembered by her adoring children Bruce (Vikki), Becky (Rob) and stepson Gary. She has 7 grandchildren Amanda (Justin), Andrew, Bailey, Aimee, Taylor, Laurie and Paul. She will be missed by her her sister (and best friend) Lois, brother Ralph and several nieces and nephews. Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents Harold and Esther and her sister Joanne. Arrangements entrusted with CedarVale Funeral Home of Hot Springs Village.
