Charlene Frank

Charlene K. Frank, 74, Hot Springs Village, went to be with the Lord on the morning of

April 16, 2023 after a long battle with COPD. Born in Waltham, Massachusetts to the

late Charles and Leota Hicks, she was predeceased by her son, Andy Frank and sister,

Barbara Hicks.

She will be missed most by her husband of 55 years, Greg Frank; sons Tony (Susan) Frank and Ben (Beth)

Frank; grandchildren Cobie, Isaac, Dylan and Elizabeth Frank; brother, Charlie Hicks; and

sister-in-law, Lynn Parker.

Charlene loved her Sunday School Class, her many quilting friends (and HSV Quilt Guild),

wonderful neighbors, as well as her dog, Sammy. She enjoyed keeping up with her

sons, their wives and her grandkids. She also enjoyed getting a little out of order while

watching Judge Judy ...

She was kind, caring, generous and joyful and will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

Thanks to the loving caregivers at Abundant Life Care Home during Charlene’s final six

months.

A Celebration of Charlene’s life will be held at Balboa Baptist Church, 415 Ponce De Leon

Dr, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909 at 2 PM, April 29, 2023. Visitation at 1 PM.
