Patrick Gerard Dejanovich

Patrick Gerard DeJanovich, 58, of Hot Springs Village, AR, passed away

Monday, January 29, 2024, in Hot Springs, AR with his family by his side.

He was born January 30, 1965 in Chicago, IL to the late Joseph John and

Joanne Justine (Kelly) DeJanovich. He is preceded in death by both of

his parents, his daughter, Sydney Johanna, and his brother Joseph

Arthur DeJanovich.

Patrick is survived by his devoted partner, Lori Pond and her daughters,

Jackie and Summer Pond of Decatur, IL; his step-daughter, Haley

DeNardo of Hot Springs Village, AR; his sister, Janet (John) Breen, of

Little Rock, AR; his brother, Michael (Tara) DeJanovich, and nieces Kelli

(Kyle) Johnson of Springfield, IL, and Samantha DeJanovich, of

Savannah, GA; and nephews: Benjamin DeJanovich also of Springfield,

IL, and Daniel (Heather) DeJanovich, and great niece, Ellie DeJanovich

all of Romeoville, IL, along with a host of other family and friends

including his “sisters” Irene Webb of Hoffman Estates, IL, and Sarah

Castleberry of Hot Springs Village, AR and their families.

Patrick was raised in the Catholic faith and was a true Brother Rice High

School Crusader (his high school alma mater). He was a proud student 

of Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Pat was a loyal and devoted son,

brother, father, uncle and friend. He was a kind soul who

would do anything for anyone in need and enjoyed music, collectibles,

cooking, vacationing and spending time with his beloved partner, Lori,

and his precious dog, Remi. He was an avid Cub fan. Pat had a

wonderful sense of humor, boldly tackled life, was quick witted, and

unceasingly persevered through all of life’s challenges. He loved deeply

and cared for many family members and friends who have gone on

before him. Pat will be sorely missed by his family, friends, and

customers of his business, Pat’s Vinyl Records, Cd’s, Dvd’s, and

Sportscards, who will forever cherish his memory.

Funeral Service and Interment Friday, February 9, 2024, rosary is at 10:30 am and mass will be at 11:00 am at

Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Hot Springs Village, AR.
