Rachel Elizabeth Voglein

Rachel Elizabeth Voglein, 93, of Hot Springs Village went to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt. She passed away with close family members by her side.
Rachel was born January 27, 1929 to Samuel and Bessie Ownby in Akron, Ohio. Rachel was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Samuel, Paul, and Daniel Ownby; sisters Louise Mayer and Esther Taylor; and her loving husband of 47 years, Frank Voglein.
She is survived by her son, Michael Voglein and wife Terri, of McPherson, Kansas; her daughter, Elaine Patterson and husband Donald of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas; and grandchildren Jessica Green and husband Leland of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, Charles Voglein of Casper, Wyoming, and Alexis Gallegos and husband Marcial of Casper, Wyoming; and eight great- grandchildren.
Faith in God and love for all her family was her greatest joy. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date, as well as an interment with her late husband at Virginia Memorial Park, Forest, Virgina.
