Warren William Walters was called home to his Heavenly Father on June 23rd, 2021. Hewas born in Maclean, Australia on August 3rd 1934.He served as an Aircraft Mechanic in the Royal Australian Navy, then with Port Kembla Steelworks Australia as Human Resources Representative until retirement. He found his way to the USA in 1999, eventually to Hot Springs Village, AR., where he loved and was loved by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret, then second wife Maria, his parents Kath and Robert, Sister Helen, and Aunty Joan. He is survived by his loving mate, Gail Harper along with her beloved family His Australian family includes son Grant, daughter Tracie and husband Jason, granddaughter Katie and husband Jason, and great granddaughter Isabel, who he adored. Brother Bruce and wife Marion, plus Brother Clive and Wendy are also in Australia. Warren was an active member of Village Bible Church, taught Grief Share, sang in the Choir, was a Security officer, and served God in whatever way he could. He enjoyed Pickleball, golf, Village Players, Photography Club, and was a writer, rutist, poet, and author of the book, NEVERBETTER- which was his standard response when anyone asked him how he was doing, &quote; Never Better! & quote;Warren was cherished by all who knew him and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A service will be held at 3pm on Friday, July 9th at Village Bible Church, 100 Ponderosa Way, HSV, AR., 71909. In lieu of flowers, donations to this church will be appreciated.
