William Krautkramer

William Paul “Bill” Krautkramer, 75, of Hot Springs Village passed away December 28, 2022. Born in Appleton, Wisconsin to the late Henry and Virginia Krautkramer, Bill was the oldest of eight children.

Bill was drafted into the United States Army soon after graduating high school. He proudly served his country from 1966 to 1969. Upon his return stateside, Bill met Linda Sweibocki. On a night out with friends to watch a local band play, Bill asked Linda to dance and well, as the saying goes, “the rest was history.” They married on October 17, 1970.

Bill loved travelling and staying home to work in his garden. He was an avid golfer, billiards player, bowler, and a very enthusiastic Green Bay Packers fan (aka “Cheese Head”).

Bill will be remembered for his energy, enthusiasm, laughter, and kindness.

Those who will miss him most are his wife of 52 years, Linda; siblings James, Daniel, David, Joseph, Richard, Timothy, and Ginger; his large well-loved extended family; and so many dear friends.

A Celebration of Bills Life will be held at 2pm January 6, 2022 in the chapel at CedarVale Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials for Bill may be made to Our Promise Cancer Resources, 133 Harmony Park Circle, Hot Springs, AR 71913 or to the Hot Springs Village Animal Welfare League, 195 Cloaca Way, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909
