Carolyn Ann Cassard Keife January 30,1937 - July 31,2025 I

On July 31,2025 Carolyn Ann Cassard Keife suddenly passed away at the age of 88 in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. Although she was only a resident for the last two years she appreciated the beauty of Hot Springs with her daughter and her husband.

 Born on January 30,1937 to Jules Cassard and Laura Scalise in New Orleans. She graduated From Holy Name of Jesus High School in 1955 and went on to earn her Bachelor of Nursing from William Carey University later in life.

 She was married to Walter J. Keife Jr. in New Orleans March 3,1961 until his passing in 1994 at their home in River Ridge. 

A devout Catholic she traveled the world on religious pilgrimages. Including Betania, Venezuela, Garabandal, Spain, Lourdes, France Fatima, Portugal Vatican, Rome and Jerusalem.

She is preceded in death by her husband Walter J. Keife Jr., her parents Jules Cassard and Laura Scalise; brother Arthur Hutton. 

She is survived by her brother Joseph Cassard ,her children Ronna Hall(Thomas Hall) and Christopher Keife, four grandchildren and twelve great grands. She leaves behind friends from her previous home in Diamondhead, Mississippi and new ones she made in the Village. 

She loved collecting recipes and always stylish trying new make-up trends. She enjoyed the last year in West Shores assisted living and the care at Lake Forest where she loved playing bingo and socializing. 

Her life will never be forgotten and her care for others. She rests for eternity in the arms of our Lord.

Friends are invited to gather to celebrate Carolyn's life on August 16,2025 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church 295 Balearic Road, Hot Springs Village AR Rosary 10:30 am followed by funeral mass 11am.
