John William Pinkley

John William Pinkley passed away peacefully on October 10th, 2020. John was born April 6th, 1941 in Columbus, Ohio to Jack and Marion Pinkley. He was raised on his grandparents’ farm in Bowler, Wisconsin and after high school settled in Milwaukee where he met his wife Ruth (née Haddix). John worked at Continental Can (later Crown Cork & Seal) for 32 years and later did maintenance work in several hotels; John continued this work after moving to Las Vegas in 1997 and retired in 2013. John was an avid Milwaukee Bucks fan and a devoted family man who doted on his daughters and loved animals. John is survived by his wife of 52 years, Ruth; his daughters Jennifer Rabion (Chris), Julie Pinkley, and Jodi Wickman (Jason); his grandchildren Edmond and Cosette Wickman; and his nieces Michaela Hebeker and Stephanie Guyant (Ted).
