Mary Francis Rich

Mary Francis Rich, age 68, passed away peacefully January 14, 2021 due to complications from cancer. She was born December 20, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri and was adopted by Russell and Rosemary Krueger. Mary graduated from St. Elizabeth High School in 1971 and began working at Sears. She married the love of her life and best friend David Stanley Rich, in June of 1978.

Mary was such a caring person and she was loved by all she touched. She lived her life serving those she loved and provided everyone with happiness and joy. Mary was always ready to help and care for her family and friends in good times and bad.

As a houswife and mother of two boys, her hands were rarely still. She loved her boys and would do anything for them. Her care and affection for her family was always a priority. She worked tirelessly to provide a warm and welcoming home for her boys to grow up in.

Mary enjoyed being on the water and was an avid water skier. She grew up on the Mississippi River where her family vacationed throughout her childhood. When she met David, she learned to play golf and golfing quickly became one of her favorite things to do with her family and friends. She also loved, music, a good crossword puzzle, and she was an exceptional cook.

Mary is survived by her husband David and her two boys, Matthew and Christopher and their wives Stephanie and Jessica; her four grandchildren Aiden, Addyson, Adrianna, and Avery; her brother Jim; her sister in-law, Sandra Reynolds; her nieces and nephews, Sara Zeurcher, Jennifer Werle, and Joshua Reynolds and their families all of whom lover her deeply.

A celebration of life will be communicated at a later date.
