Shoichiro "Steve" Kasai

Shoichiro "Steve" Kasai, 89, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, passed away January 19th, 2025. He was born February 4th, 1935, in Aomori, Japan, the youngest of 9 children.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents and his son, Shinichiro Kasai.

Steve is survived by his wife Hiroko "Jenny" Kasai and their daughter, Patricia A.K. and son-in-law John Ryan of Massachusetts.

Steve lived in the United States for over 30 years. He was a self-employed chick sexer, a specialized field where one can tell the difference between male and female baby chickens.

Steve will be remembered as a hard-working, loving husband and father. 

There will be a memorial service to remember and honor Steve, Friday, February 7th, 2025, 11:00am at CedarVale Funeral Home Chapel.
