Shirley Ann Tailby

Shirley Ann Tailby age 94 of Hot Springs Village died in the early morning hours of November 4, 2024 at Lake Forest Senior Living Long Term Care.

Shirley was born September 27th in Syracuse, NY and was a homemaker and mother. Shirley was the youngest of 5 children. Shirley loved travel, jigsaw puzzles, her nightly Manhattan and playing poker, she was quite the card shark in her day.

Shirley is survived by her two daughters: Sandra Runyon of Hempstead Texas and Leanne Tingay of Barre Vermont and two nieces Donna Ganz of St. Petersburg FL and Cindy Sandage of Atlanta GA. And dozens of dear friends.

Shirley was predeceased by her daughter Kathleen Forrest in 2013 and her husband John W. Tailby in 2017 and all of her brothers and sisters James, John, Frances and Fred along with her parents George and Edna Ganz.

Memorial Services will be held at Village Methodist Church on Saturday November 9th at 1:30 p.m.
